Yes! We proudly deliver all across India with FREE SHIPPING on every order — no minimum purchase required.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your WhatsApp, email, or SMS. You can track the delivery in real time.
What time of day will my order arrive?
Deliveries are typically made between 10 AM to 7 PM, depending on the courier's route and your city.
What if I miss my delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery three times. If undelivered, your package will be returned to us. You may request re-shipment with an additional fee of ₹250.

We work with reliable delivery partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and India Post, depending on your area.

Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges at all! Our prices are all-inclusive, and shipping is 100% free across India.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Didn’t like your purchase or changed your mind?
We get it — it happens! If you’re not happy with your order, we offer easy returns. We’ll issue a coupon code for the product’s value for your future purchase.
Which products are returnable?
Only unused and unopened nail sets can be returned. Sale items or customized sets are not eligible for return.
How do I return a product?
- Email us at contact@regaltouch.co within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Share your order number and the reason for return.
- We’ll guide you through the simple return process.
Who pays for return shipping?
You will need to arrange and cover the cost of shipping the return to our warehouse.
When will I receive my refund or coupon?
After receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll send you a coupon code via email or WhatsApp within 5–7 business days.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes! Email us within 48 hours and let us know which product you want to exchange. We’ll do our best to help based on stock availability.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if the order hasn't been shipped. Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

Do your products have a guarantee?
While we don’t offer formal warranties, if your product is damaged on arrival, we’ll happily replace it. Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with a photo.
Will I receive the exact product shown on the website?
Absolutely! Our photos show the actual products, but minor color differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
