At Regal Touch, we are committed to delivering your favorite press-on nail sets promptly, safely, and at no extra cost—anywhere across India.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
- All orders placed on our website are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
- In the rare event of a delay in processing, our team will notify you promptly.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Free Shipping on all orders across India – no minimum order value!
Orders are typically delivered within:
- 3–4 business days for metro cities
- 5–7 business days for non-metro and remote areas
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, logistical delays, or high order volumes during sales.
ORDER TRACKING
- Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a Tracking URL and AWB number via email or SMS.
- You can use the provided link to live-track your order status at any time.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
- A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory at checkout. Our logistics partners use OTP-based delivery verification.
- If the OTP is not received or confirmed by the customer, the delivery may fail, and return shipping charges will apply to resend the package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, Regal Touch ships only within India. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
