π RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY β REGAL TOUCH
At Regal Touch, we take great care to ensure you receive the highest-quality press-on nails in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied or need to return a product, please review the following policy:
π RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
β ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- A complete parcel opening video (from sealed package to full unboxing) must be shared as proof via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
- The nails must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Products must be returned in the same condition they were receivedβnew, unused, undamaged.
π¦ HOW TO RETURN:
- Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate the return process. We will provide you with the return shipping address.
- You must self-ship the product to our return address within 5 days of return approval. Please ensure you use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details with us.
- heΒ cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval or without sharing the parcel opening video will not be accepted.
πΈ REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it is unused and in original condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as a refund coupon code (valid for 6 months) based on your preference.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or refund coupon code after collecting your payment details.
Refunds are usually processed within 3β5 working days after we receive the return and complete inspection.
π« CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
π DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
In rare cases, if you receive a damaged product:
- You must share a parcel opening video and clear photos showing the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- After verification, we will offer you either:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund coupon code equivalent to the product value (valid for 6 months).
No refunds or replacements will be issued without video proof.
β IMPORTANT NOTES
- Products sent back without approval, without a parcel opening video, or in used/damaged condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Refunds/replacements are not applicable on items marked as Final Sale or discounted as part of promotional offers.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the policy criteria.
