🧾 Product Liability & Warranty

Our press-on nails are for external cosmetic use only. We do not accept liability for:

  • Any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
  • Misuse or improper application of products.
  • Delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural disasters).

We recommend reading all usage instructions before applying the nails.

📦 Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care to inspect and package each item. In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Email us at contact@regaltouch.co within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Attach clear photos of the item and unboxing video of parcel.

We will offer a replacement of the same or similar item (depending on availability). Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement.

🚚 Missed Delivery & Re-shipping

Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the parcel is not received:

  • It will be returned to us.
  • You may request a re-shipment by paying a ₹99 re-shipping fee.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned will only be re-shipped after online payment of the product amount plus the re-shipping fee.
